Berries with Yoghurt
   
Ingredients:
450g of your favourite mixed berries
550g natural low-fat greek style yoghurt
Honey to taste
A handful of rolled oats
 
Method:
  1. Wash the fruit and remove any stalks. If using larger fruit e.g. strawberries, chop them into smaller pieces
  2. Place the Greek yogurt into a bowl and stir in a few teaspoonfuls of honey according to taste
  3. Layer the fruit and honeyed yogurt into individual tall glasses finishing with a spoonful of yogurt and a sprinkling of rolled oats on top.
