Berry Crumble
   
Ingredients:
320g mixed fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, brambles, currants, and blueberries
1 dessert spoon sugar
70g sunflower margarine
100g soft brown sugar
160g self-raising wholemeal flour
Pinch of nutmeg
 
Method:
  1. Mix the fruit place in a small ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the dessert spoon of sugar over the fruit.
  2. Rub margarine, sugar, flour and nutmeg together until they look like breadcrumbs then sprinkle over the mixed fruit.
  3. Bake in oven at 180°C / 350°F / Gas mark 4 for 25 minutes until golden brown.
