Strawberry Breakfast Salsa   serves 4  
from California Strawberry Commission  
 
Ingredients:
1/3rd cup apricot jam
3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
450g strawberries, hulled and diced
 
Method:
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk or whizz together the jam, water and cinnamon.
  2. Add the strawberries and toss gently to combine.
  3. Serve over pancakes, french toast, cereal or stir through plain yoghurt.
