| Ingredients:

| 275g
strawberries, hulled and quartered |
| 25g
caster sugar |
| Half
a lemon, squeezed |
| 300ml
low fat creme fraiche |
| 2
tablespoons Amaretto liqueur (optional) |
| 16
Amaretti biscuits crushed |

| Method: |
- Place the hulled strawberries, sugar and lemon juice into a medium
mixing bowl and crush everything together with a fork to make a roughly
chopped berry mix.
- Stir the creme fraiche into the berry mix then stir the crushed Amaretti
biscuits into the mix.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for one hour
before serving.
